Return Policy

In the EU, you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson, within 14-days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you change your mind. You have the statutory right to cancel your order with us for any reason within 14 days, beginning with the day you receive the item.

Under EU Law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to all purchases. An exemption would be plane and train tickets, concert tickets, hotel bookings, car rental reservations and catering services for specific dates – as is also the case for cruise tickets on Nafsika II or Koulla.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund your goods in full, provided that the items are returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note you must pay for postage at your own cost. Payments for cruise tickets can also be refunded or cancelled before the date of your boat trip. At our discretion, we will review refund or cancellation requests received after the date of your intended boat trip.

How to Return

You can return items using any country’s postal services such as Cyprus Post and Royal Mail. We will not pay or refund the costs incurred by you when returning items to us. You may also return items in person to our team in Latchi Harbour.

Please, contact us at info@bluelagooncharters.com to notify us of your intention to return an item with the reason for the return. If an item has been damaged during shipping, it may not be prudent nor cost-effective for either party to send or receive the item.

Terms and Conditions

Please check the condition of goods on arrival – we are unable to accept goods damaged during shipping after 14 days. Returned goods must be packaged securely, with all original packaging undamaged and in a saleable condition, i.e. shoe boxes must be in the same condition as when received. Goods must be unused and security seals intact.

If you would like to return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or clothing does not fit, return postage will be at your expense. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged. We cannot accept the return of used items for health and safety reasons.

We will refund the costs of sending the item back to us if it is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent to you in error. In the case of cancellation, we will not refund the costs of sending the item back to us.
